Leadership Training
Landrum Companies is proud to continue offering our leadership development certification series. As a strategic partner, we strive to help our clients work a better way. In an effort to achieve this goal, we have designed this certification series to teach new skills and provide tools to help managers and supervisors become more effective and efficient. The knowledge gained through the seminars, instructors, and fellow colleagues can enhance leadership competencies and develop more well-rounded leaders within your organization.
Competent leadership is much more than knowing the right things; it is using the right skills, knowledge, insights, perceptions, and sensitivity to help employees deliver services and products according to expectations. A truly successful leader is able to use these competencies to respond to a variety of employees and circumstances.
This certification series is designed to enhance leadership skills for all levels of experience including those new to the supervisor role, experienced supervisors/managers who have not had formal training in management education, and seasoned managers who want to further develop their leadership skills.

The Leadership Development Certification series is a resource that was created to help leaders achieve personal and professional excellence. The certification program requires the participation of all six courses listed below within a rolling two year period. Once participants have successfully completed the requirements of the program they will have the foundational knowledge and tools to be a successful leader. The following courses are required core competencies to complete the series. The courses may be attended in any order:

- Sexual Harassment
- Developing and Sustaining a Customer Service Culture
- Supervisor Safety Skills.
